A booking is binding once you receive confirmation by email. Payment must be made as indicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by the customer: refunds are provided in accordance with the deadlines specified on the booking page.

• Cancellation by the provider (e.g., weather, safety reasons): a replacement date or refund will be offered.

• No-shows do not qualify for refunds.

• Services provided by third parties follow the policies of the respective provider.

We offer private and shared transfers, city tours, and guided experiences. Itineraries may be adjusted for organizational or safety reasons.

5. Liability
We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., airline delays, strikes, force majeure). We strongly recommend adequate travel insurance.
